Hey there, my name is Jules. I have created this space to guide in your recovery. I have seen too many rural and regional women who have given their all to their families, work and community only to find themselves burnt out and unsure of how to move forward.

We live in a fast paced, demanding world juggling a range of different roles in individual lives which are compounded by unpredictable external factors that are affecting our communities and livelihoods.
